- Soak a rice paper sheet in warm water for 10-15 seconds until pliable. Place on a damp surface.
- Add vermicelli noodles and your choice of fillings to the center of the rice paper. Fold in the sides and roll tightly.
- Lightly brush or spray the rolls with sesame or neutral oil.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Arrange rolls seam-side down and air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Remove from air fryer and allow to cool slightly. Serve with dipping sauces.
