Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Soak a rice paper sheet in warm water for 10-15 seconds until pliable. Place on a damp surface.
  2. Add vermicelli noodles and your choice of fillings to the center of the rice paper. Fold in the sides and roll tightly.
  3. Lightly brush or spray the rolls with sesame or neutral oil.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Arrange rolls seam-side down and air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  5. Remove from air fryer and allow to cool slightly. Serve with dipping sauces.
