Method
 

Directions

  2. Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets, rinse them, and pat dry.
  3. In a medium saucepan, melt the butter and whisk in the flour to form a roux. Gradually add milk and stir until thickened. Stir in the cheddar cheese until melted.
  4. Combine the cheese sauce with the cauliflower florets in a large bowl.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish, sprinkle breadcrumbs on top if desired, and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  6. Let cool for a few minutes, garnish with parsley, and serve.
