Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking pan with olive oil.
  2. Cook spaghetti in boiling salted water for 12 minutes or until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  3. Brown ground beef in a skillet with olive oil for 5–7 minutes, drain excess fat, and stir in marinara sauce to heat through.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine spaghetti, softened cream cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and garlic salt until well-coated.
  5. Spread the meat sauce on the bottom of the baking pan, layer the creamy spaghetti mixture on top, and cover with remaining meat sauce.
  6. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the top and bake for approximately 30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
