- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking pan with olive oil.
- Cook spaghetti in boiling salted water for 12 minutes or until al dente, then drain and set aside.
- Brown ground beef in a skillet with olive oil for 5–7 minutes, drain excess fat, and stir in marinara sauce to heat through.
- In a mixing bowl, combine spaghetti, softened cream cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and garlic salt until well-coated.
- Spread the meat sauce on the bottom of the baking pan, layer the creamy spaghetti mixture on top, and cover with remaining meat sauce.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the top and bake for approximately 30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
