Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking sheet by lining it with foil.
  2. In a frying pan over medium heat, cook the breakfast sausages until browned, about 5–7 minutes. Slice into rounds and set aside.
  3. Carefully cut a deep 'V' shape along the length of the baguette; set aside.
  4. Brush the inside of the hollowed baguette generously with melted butter.
  5. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk. Add cheese, scallions, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper.
  6. Pour the egg mixture into the hollowed baguette and top with the sliced sausages.
