Method
 

Preparation Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and position a rack in the upper third of the oven.

  5. Warm the honey in a microwave-safe bowl for 10-15 seconds until runny.
  6. Brush the warmed honey generously over the feta and broil for 3-7 minutes.
  7. Drizzle more honey and sprinkle fresh thyme leaves on top before serving.
