- Preheat your oven to the temperature specified on your biscuit dough instructions, usually around 400°F (200°C).
- On a clean, floured surface, roll out the biscuit dough into a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick and cut into squares or rectangles.
- Place a generous portion of sliced roast beef in the center of each cut piece of biscuit dough, followed by a slice of cheese.
- Fold the biscuit dough over the filling to create a pocket, pinching the edges firmly to seal.
- Place the sealed biscuits on your prepared baking sheet and bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes, then serve with warm au jus for dipping.
