  • 4 pieces Italian Sub Rolls Substitute with hoagie rolls or ciabatta if needed.
  • 6 ounces Deli-Sliced Salami
  • 6 ounces Deli-Sliced Ham
  • 6 ounces Deli-Sliced Pepperoni
  • 6 ounces Deli-Sliced Mozzarella Cheese
  • 6 ounces Deli-Sliced Provolone Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese

  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the Italian sub rolls in half lengthwise and place them cut-side up on a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Melt about half a cup of unsalted butter until fully liquid.
  4. Mix in garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, dried basil, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper into the butter.
  5. Brush the seasoned butter generously over the cut sides of the rolls.
  6. Layer the bottom halves of the prepared rolls with slices of salami, ham, pepperoni, mozzarella, and provolone cheese.
  7. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the meats and cheeses, then add roasted red peppers, black olives, and banana peppers on top.
  8. Add fresh basil leaves atop the toppings.
  9. Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 10 to 12 minutes until cheese is melted and edges are golden.
  10. Allow the sandwiches to cool for about 1 minute, then cut into portions and serve warm.
