- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the Italian sub rolls in half lengthwise and place them cut-side up on a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Melt about half a cup of unsalted butter until fully liquid.
- Mix in garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, dried basil, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper into the butter.
- Brush the seasoned butter generously over the cut sides of the rolls.
- Layer the bottom halves of the prepared rolls with slices of salami, ham, pepperoni, mozzarella, and provolone cheese.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the meats and cheeses, then add roasted red peppers, black olives, and banana peppers on top.
- Add fresh basil leaves atop the toppings.
- Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 10 to 12 minutes until cheese is melted and edges are golden.
