Chicken Skewers
  • 1 pound chicken breast cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
Bang Bang Sauce
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon sweet chili sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

  4. In another bowl, mix the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice to create the Bang Bang sauce.
Cooking
