  • ¼ cup Sweet Chili Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha Sauce Adjust amount for spice preference.
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce Consider low-sodium option.
  • 1 Lime Juice Juice from 1 lime
For Cooking

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Cook the jasmine rice according to package instructions, typically rinsing and simmering in 1.5 cups of water for about 15 minutes.
  2. Prepare the Bang Bang sauce by whisking together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice until smooth.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet, add ground turkey, and cook while breaking apart for 5-7 minutes until browned.
  4. Pour in soy sauce and season with salt and pepper, stirring for 1-2 minutes until evenly coated.
  5. Add diced red bell pepper, sliced carrots, and broccoli florets, sautéing for 5-7 minutes until tender-crisp.
  6. Remove from heat and stir in half of the Bang Bang sauce, mixing well.
  7. Serve by scooping jasmine rice into bowls and topping with the turkey and vegetable mixture.
  8. Drizzle the remaining Bang Bang sauce over the top and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
  9. Serve immediately while hot.
