  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil for cooking
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
For the Bang Bang Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise can substitute Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup Sweet Chili Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha adjust for heat preference
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice
For Garnishing
  • 2 tablespoons Green Onions chopped

Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels. Season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Let rest while heating skillet.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  3. Place the salmon fillets in the skillet, skin-side down. Cook for 4-5 minutes until crispy. Flip and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until internal temperature reaches 125°F.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice until smooth.
  5. Remove cooked salmon from the pan, drizzle with Bang Bang sauce, garnish with green onions, and serve.
