Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C) for at least 15 minutes.
- Roll out your pizza dough into a circular shape, about 12 inches in diameter, and transfer it to a greased pizza pan.
- Brush the edges of the crust with olive oil.
- Shred or chop the cooked chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and mix it with BBQ sauce.
- Spread BBQ sauce over the pizza dough, sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese, add BBQ chicken and sliced red onions, and top with remaining cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden brown and cheese is bubbly.
- Remove the pizza from the oven, cool for a couple of minutes, and sprinkle fresh cilantro on top.
