Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C) for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Roll out your pizza dough into a circular shape, about 12 inches in diameter, and transfer it to a greased pizza pan.
  3. Brush the edges of the crust with olive oil.
  4. Shred or chop the cooked chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and mix it with BBQ sauce.
  5. Spread BBQ sauce over the pizza dough, sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese, add BBQ chicken and sliced red onions, and top with remaining cheese.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden brown and cheese is bubbly.
  7. Remove the pizza from the oven, cool for a couple of minutes, and sprinkle fresh cilantro on top.
