Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. In a medium saucepan, combine 1 cup of jasmine rice with 2 cups of beef broth. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes. Let it sit for 5 minutes, then fluff with a fork.
  2. In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add 1 diced onion and sauté for 3-4 minutes until translucent.
  3. Add 1 pound of ground beef to the skillet. Cook for 5-7 minutes, breaking it apart until browned. Drain excess fat.
  4. Stir in 2 sliced bell peppers and 2 minced garlic cloves. Cook for 5 minutes until peppers soften.
  5. Add the cooked rice, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce, and season with black pepper and paprika. Mix thoroughly and heat for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Serve in bowls garnished with chopped green onions.
