Base Preparation
- In a large mason jar or airtight container, start your Berry Cheesecake Overnight Oats by adding rolled oats, almond milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and cream cheese. Use a fork or a whisk to mix everything thoroughly until it's well combined and smooth.
- Gently fold in your choice of mixed berries—raspberries, strawberries, or blueberries—into the oat mixture. If you prefer a beautiful presentation, layer the berries on top instead, adding a splash of lemon juice if desired.
- Securely seal your container with a lid and place it in the refrigerator. Allow the mixture to soak for at least 4 hours or, preferably, overnight.
- When it’s time to serve your Berry Cheesecake Overnight Oats, give the mixture a good stir to combine all the layers. Spoon it into bowls or enjoy directly from the jar for convenience.

Notes
Store any leftover Berry Cheesecake Overnight Oats in an airtight container for up to 3 days. For longer storage, freeze the oats in individual portions for up to 2 months. Leave out fresh berries until ready to serve to maintain their quality.
