- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) or set your air fryer to the same temperature.
- Steam or cook the broccoli until tender (5–7 minutes), drain well and chop finely.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine broccoli, cheddar cheese, eggs, almond flour, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Form small rounds (1.5-inch thick) from the mixture and place on a lined baking sheet or air fryer basket.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes in the oven or 10–12 minutes in the air fryer until golden brown.
- Let the rounds cool for a few minutes before serving with your favorite dipping sauce.
