Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook and crumble ground beef seasoned with garlic powder for 7-10 minutes until browned.
  2. Bring a large pot of salted water to boil. Add rotini pasta and cook according to package instructions (8-10 minutes until al dente), drain, and rinse under cold water.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine cooled rotini pasta with prepared ground beef, diced cheddar cheese, cherry tomatoes, chopped dill pickles, and diced red onions.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet pickle relish, yellow mustard, apple cider vinegar, and sprinkle paprika and onion powder.
  5. Pour the dressing over the salad mixture and toss gently to coat all ingredients.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving, adding shredded lettuce just before serving.
