Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Make the Special Sauce: In a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, yellow mustard, sweet pickle relish, white vinegar, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Prepare the Beef: Divide the ground beef into eight portions. Press one portion onto one side of a tortilla, covering it evenly. Season with salt and black pepper.
  3. Cook the Beef: Heat a skillet over medium-high heat, add neutral oil. Place tortillas beef-side down and cook for 3–4 minutes until browned and crispy.
  4. Add Cheese: Carefully flip each taco and place a slice of cheese on top. Cook for an additional 1–2 minutes until melted.
