- Prepare your baking sheets by lining them with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
- In two large zipper-top bags, combine powdered sugar, a dash of ground cinnamon, and crushed Biscoff cookies. Seal tightly and shake until mixed.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate chips, cookie butter, and unsalted butter. Microwave on medium in 15-second intervals until smooth.
- Remove from microwave and stir in the vanilla extract until incorporated.
- Pour the melted chocolate mixture over Chex cereal in a large bowl and gently fold until coated.
- Divide the coated cereal between the two zipper bags and shake gently to coat with the sugar mixture.
- Spread the coated muddy buddies onto the prepared baking sheets and allow to cool at room temperature for about 10-15 minutes.
