Baking Instructions
- If using homemade pizza dough, knead until smooth and elastic, about 5-7 minutes. If using store-bought, let rest at room temperature for 30 minutes.
- Melt butter in a saucepan over low heat, add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant. Customize with herbs if desired.
- Roll out dough to 1/2 inch thick on a floured surface and cut into bite-sized squares. Dip each in garlic butter and sprinkle with Parmesan.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange bites with space in between for expansion.
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow to cool on a wire rack for a few minutes before serving warm with marinara sauce.
