Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (around 400°F / 200°C) and spray the grates with vegetable oil.

  3. Slice the fresh pineapple into spears and coat each side with the sugar mixture.
  4. Grill the coated pineapple spears for 2–3 minutes on each side until caramelized and golden brown.
