Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the rotini pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process.
  2. Prepare the Chicken: Toss the shredded chicken with hot buffalo wing sauce until coated and let absorb for 5 minutes.
  3. Combine the Veggies: Add diced celery, shredded carrots, diced red bell pepper, and red onion to the buffalo chicken. Stir together gently.
  4. Combine Pasta and Dressing: Fold the cooled rotini pasta into the chicken and vegetables. Drizzle blue cheese dressing over and toss until combined.
  5. Add Cheese and Herbs: Fold in crumbled blue cheese and chopped parsley gently.
