Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the cheese tortellini according to the package instructions for 3–5 minutes.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat, add minced garlic, and sauté for 1–2 minutes until golden.
  3. Add diced chicken breast to the skillet and cook for 6–8 minutes until browned and cooked through.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and Cajun seasoning, stir to combine, and simmer for 5–7 minutes until thickened.
  5. Gently add drained tortellini to the skillet, tossing to coat in sauce and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat, serve on plates, and garnish with Parmesan cheese and herbs.
