Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet.
  2. In a large bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt, and black pepper. Gradually add warm water and olive oil until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for 3-4 minutes until smooth and elastic. Cover with a towel.
  4. Roll the dough into a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick.
  5. In a separate bowl, combine shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, cream cheese, mixed vegetables, parsley, and garlic powder.
  6. Spread the filling on the dough and roll it tightly, then cut into 8 pieces.
  7. Place the rolls on the baking sheet, brush with melted butter, and optionally sprinkle more cheese on top.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and cheese is bubbling.
  9. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving with marinara or salad.
