In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, salt, and instant yeast. Mix well.
Gradually add the warm water and olive oil to the dry ingredients. Stir until a dough forms.
Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth and elastic.
Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a kitchen towel, and let it rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes, or until doubled in size.
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Roll out the risen dough into a rectangle about 1/2 inch thick. Transfer to a greased baking sheet.
Sprinkle the garlic powder and Italian seasoning evenly over the dough. Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
Using a pizza cutter or knife, slice the dough into strips or squares.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the edges are golden brown.
Remove from the oven and brush the melted butter over the top. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
