  3. Stir in grated garlic and dried Italian seasoning. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes. Mix in browned ground beef and cook for another 2 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and sprinkle grated Colby-Jack cheese on top. Cover and let sit for 3-5 minutes to melt.
