- Heat 2 tablespoons of cooking oil in a large skillet over high heat until shimmering. Add about 1 pound of green beans and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1/4 cup of broth, 1 teaspoon of cornstarch, 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, and 2 cloves of finely chopped garlic.
