Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Halve the peaches and remove the pits, placing them cut side up on the baking sheet.
- Place a small piece of butter in the center of each peach half.
- In a bowl, mix the brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and salt.
- Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture generously over the peach halves.
- Bake for 8-12 minutes until tender and golden with bubbling butter and sugar.
- Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top.
