  1. Blend the frozen mango, thick coconut cream, almond milk, honey, lime juice, and vanilla extract in a blender until smooth and creamy.
  2. Pour the blended mixture into popsicle molds, filling each without overfilling. Insert popsicle sticks.
  3. Freeze the molds for a minimum of 6 hours or ideally overnight. Check for firmness by tapping the molds.
  4. To serve, run warm water over the molds for 30 seconds to release the popsicles. Optionally, sprinkle with shredded coconut before freezing briefly.
