- Blend the frozen mango, thick coconut cream, almond milk, honey, lime juice, and vanilla extract in a blender until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the blended mixture into popsicle molds, filling each without overfilling. Insert popsicle sticks.
- Freeze the molds for a minimum of 6 hours or ideally overnight. Check for firmness by tapping the molds.
- To serve, run warm water over the molds for 30 seconds to release the popsicles. Optionally, sprinkle with shredded coconut before freezing briefly.
