  • 1 cup Diced Bell Peppers Use a mix of red, yellow, and green
  • 1 cup Shredded Carrots Fresh cucumbers can be used but in moderation
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Green Onions Scallions are a lovely alternative
  • 1 cup Chopped Spinach Fresh or thawed frozen spinach
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder

  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper Adjust as per taste
For the Wraps
  • 4 large Tortillas Flour or lavash tortillas, flavored options can be used

Preparation Steps
  1. Gather a medium mixing bowl and soften the cream cheese. Mix the cream cheese with the sour cream or Greek yogurt, folding in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth, about 2-3 minutes.
  2. Add diced bell peppers, chopped green onions, shredded carrots, and chopped spinach to the creamy filling. Gently fold until the mixture is evenly combined.
  3. Spread the creamy filling evenly across each tortilla, leaving a ½-inch border.
  4. Roll each tortilla tightly from one short end, applying gentle pressure.
  5. Wrap each tortilla in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  6. Unwrap the rolled tortillas, place seam-side down, and slice each roll into 1-inch pinwheels.
