Add the rolled oats, mini chocolate chips, and salt to the mixture. Fold gently until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
Using a tablespoon, scoop the mixture and form small bite-sized balls. Place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Once all the mixture is formed into bites, place the baking sheet in the freezer for about 1 hour to firm up.
After freezing, transfer the bites to an airtight container and store them in the freezer for up to 2 months. Enjoy them straight from the freezer or let them sit for a few minutes to soften slightly before eating.
