- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, nuts or seeds, ground cinnamon, ground ginger, ground cloves, and sea salt. Stir to mix.
- In a separate bowl, melt coconut oil and whisk in maple syrup, molasses, and vanilla until smooth.
- Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until well coated.
- Transfer the mixture to the lined baking sheet, spreading evenly and pressing down lightly.
- Bake for about 20 minutes until golden brown, then remove and let cool for 15 minutes.
- After cooling, break the granola into clusters and store in an airtight container.
