Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Pulse 30 Golden Oreo cookies until fine crumbs. Mix in 1/3 cup melted butter and press into a 9-inch pie pan. Freeze for 10-15 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, beat 16 oz cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add 1 can sweetened condensed milk, 3/4 cup lemon juice, and 1 tsp lemon zest until well combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip 1 cup chilled whipping cream and 2 tbsp sugar until stiff peaks form. Gently fold into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Spread the cream cheese filling over the chilled crust. Swirl 1/4 cup blackberry jam on top, creating swirls without fully mixing.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 to 6 hours until firm.
