Mixing Instructions
- In a medium-sized mixing bowl, add 1/2 cup of mayonnaise and 2 tablespoons of ketchup. Blend until smooth and creamy, approximately 1 minute.
- Incorporate 1 tablespoon of prepared horseradish sauce, 1/2 teaspoon of granulated garlic, 1/2 teaspoon of smoked paprika, 1/4 teaspoon of ground cumin, and 1/4 teaspoon of dried oregano. Mix thoroughly for another minute.
- Add 1/2 teaspoon of kosher salt and 1 teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper. Stir well, tasting as you go to find the perfect balance.
- Cover with plastic wrap or a lid and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Once chilled, stir gently and serve with crispy blooming onions, fries, or vegetable platter.
