- Season 1 lb of boneless, skinless chicken breasts with Cajun seasoning and smoked paprika, let rest for 10 minutes.
- In a large skillet, heat 2 tbsp of olive oil over medium-high heat. Sear chicken for 6-8 minutes until golden brown, then remove.
