- Slice each chicken breast in half horizontally to create uniform cutlets.
- Marinate chicken with olive oil, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper for 15 to 30 minutes.
- Sauté fresh spinach for 2 to 3 minutes over medium heat until wilted.
- Beat the cream cheese until smooth, then fold in the cooled spinach and half of the mozzarella cheese.
