- In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium-high heat. Season the chicken with salt and pepper, then add it to the skillet. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until browned and no longer pink. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and stir for about 30 seconds. Pour in lime juice and chicken broth. Simmer for 1-2 minutes while scraping the bottom of the pan.

- Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Reserve a cup of pasta water before draining.
- Add drained spaghetti to the skillet with sauce. Toss to coat. Mix in half of the cooked chicken. Adjust sauce consistency with reserved pasta water. Season to taste.
