Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the tray by lining it with baking paper or clingfilm.
  2. Mix the desiccated coconut and sweetened condensed milk in a large bowl until fully combined.
  3. Shape tablespoon-sized portions into small balls and place on the lined tray.
  4. Chill the truffles in the freezer for about 30 minutes.
  5. Melt the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in short 20-second intervals.
  6. Dip each chilled truffle in the melted chocolate and let excess drip off.
  7. Return to the lined tray and optionally sprinkle with extra desiccated coconut.
  8. Set the tray in the refrigerator for about an hour to set the chocolate.
