- Prepare the tray by lining it with baking paper or clingfilm.
- Mix the desiccated coconut and sweetened condensed milk in a large bowl until fully combined.
- Shape tablespoon-sized portions into small balls and place on the lined tray.
- Chill the truffles in the freezer for about 30 minutes.
- Melt the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in short 20-second intervals.
- Dip each chilled truffle in the melted chocolate and let excess drip off.
- Return to the lined tray and optionally sprinkle with extra desiccated coconut.
- Set the tray in the refrigerator for about an hour to set the chocolate.
