Step-by-Step Instructions
- Start by bringing a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil over high heat. Add in pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente, usually about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook for about 5-7 minutes, until browned and crumbly. Drain excess grease.
- Once browned, sprinkle in onion powder, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Season generously with salt and pepper to taste. Cook for an additional minute.
- Lower the heat to medium, pour in Alfredo sauce, stirring into the beef mixture. Simmer for about 2-3 minutes until heated through.
- Add the drained pasta to the skillet, mixing into the beef and sauce. Sprinkle in shredded cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese. Stir until cheeses melt and sauce is creamy.
- Remove from heat. Top with crumbled bacon and diced dill pickles. Optionally, add chopped tomatoes or lettuce.
- Scoop generous portions into bowls and enjoy while warm.

Notes
For best texture, keep pasta al dente. Use freshly shredded cheese for optimal melting.
