Step-by-Step Instructions for Marshmallow Swirl Fudge
- In a medium saucepan, over low heat, combine the semi-sweet chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and unsalted butter. Stir constantly for about 5-7 minutes until the mixture is completely smooth and glossy.
- Remove the saucepan from heat and immediately stir in the vanilla extract and a pinch of salt. The mixture should still be warm.
- Line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper. Pour the creamy chocolate mixture into the lined dish, spreading it evenly.
- Spoon dollops of marshmallow fluff over the chocolate mixture. Gently swirl the fluff through the fudge to create ribbons.
- Place the baking dish in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours until the fudge is firm to the touch.
- Lift the fudge out using the parchment paper, place it on a cutting board and slice into squares.
