For the Marshmallow Swirl

  • spatula
  • 8x8-inch baking dish
  • parchment paper
  • Sharp Knife

Method

Step-by-Step Instructions for Marshmallow Swirl Fudge
  1. In a medium saucepan, over low heat, combine the semi-sweet chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and unsalted butter. Stir constantly for about 5-7 minutes until the mixture is completely smooth and glossy.
  2. Remove the saucepan from heat and immediately stir in the vanilla extract and a pinch of salt. The mixture should still be warm.
  3. Line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper. Pour the creamy chocolate mixture into the lined dish, spreading it evenly.
  4. Spoon dollops of marshmallow fluff over the chocolate mixture. Gently swirl the fluff through the fudge to create ribbons.
  5. Place the baking dish in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours until the fudge is firm to the touch.
  6. Lift the fudge out using the parchment paper, place it on a cutting board and slice into squares.
