  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar Optional, adjust to taste

  • 1/2 tsp Ground Cloves Optional
  • 2 cups White Chocolate Chips or Candy Melts Can also use dark or milk chocolate
  • 1 tbsp Coconut Oil Optional for thinning chocolate

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Crush the cookies to fine crumbs, similar to sand, using a food processor or rolling pin.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed cookies, cream cheese, optional powdered sugar, and spices. Mix until a smooth dough forms.
  3. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Chill for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Melt the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in short intervals until smooth. Add coconut oil if desired.
  5. Dip each truffle in the melted chocolate, letting excess drip off before returning to the parchment-lined sheet.
  6. Sprinkle with festive decorations immediately after coating.
  7. Return truffles to the refrigerator until the chocolate is set, about 15 to 60 minutes.
