Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. Add 3 minced garlic cloves and cook for 1 minute, stirring to prevent burning. The garlic should become fragrant.
  3. Incorporate 1 pound of thinly sliced flank or sirloin steak, season with salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika. Cook for 3-4 minutes until browned.
  4. Pour in 1 cup of beef broth and 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce, stirring to combine. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add 8 ounces of softened cream cheese, stirring until it melts and combines smoothly with the broth and beef.
