  3. Squeeze the roasted garlic into a mixing bowl, mash with a fork, and mix in 1 cup of ricotta cheese, half of your mozzarella, a teaspoon of dried oregano, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper until smooth.
  4. Spread the creamy garlic-ricotta mixture evenly on the pre-made pizza crust, layer with sautéed spinach, remaining mozzarella, and crumbled feta.
