Preparation Steps
- In a small saucepan, combine 4 grams of agar agar powder with 1 cup of water. Whisk until completely dissolved and bring to a boil.
- Once boiling, cook for an additional minute, then reduce heat and stir in 2 tablespoons of sugar until dissolved. Gradually mix in 1 cup of coconut milk.
- Remove from heat and let cool for about 3 minutes.
- Pour the cooled mixture into a heatproof container or mold and refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
- While the agar agar sets, wash and quarter fresh strawberries for topping.
- Once set, cut into cubes, divide into serving bowls, top with strawberries and a splash of almond milk.
