Step-by-Step Instructions for Vegan Baileys
- Start by pouring one can of full-fat, unsweetened coconut milk into a high-powered blender. Blend on medium for about 15-30 seconds until smooth.
- Add in ½ cup of light brown sugar, ¾ cup of Jamesons Irish Whiskey, ¼ cup of cocoa powder, 1 tablespoon of instant coffee powder, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Blend on high for another 30-45 seconds.
- Check the consistency. If too thick, add a splash of water or almond milk and blend for another 15-20 seconds.
- Transfer to a clean glass bottle or jar. Refrigerate for 30 minutes or serve over ice immediately.
- Store any leftovers in the refrigerator and consume within one week.
