Step-by-Step Instructions for Air Fryer Bang Bang Shrimp
  1. Pat the jumbo shrimp dry with a paper towel, then set them aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour or cornstarch with salt and pepper. In a separate bowl, beat the egg until smooth.
  3. Spray the air fryer basket with olive oil cooking spray and preheat to 400°F.
  4. Dip each shrimp in the egg, then roll in the flour mixture, shaking off excess before placing in the air fryer.
