  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice Freshly squeezed is best for optimal flavor.

Equipment

  • Air Fryer

Method

Preparation Steps
  1. Soak one rice paper sheet in warm water for 10–15 seconds until it becomes soft and pliable.
  2. In the center of the rice paper, add a small amount of cooked vermicelli noodles, fresh shredded vegetables, and your chosen protein.
  3. Carefully fold the sides of the rice paper over the filling and roll from the bottom up to ensure a tight seal.
  4. Lightly brush or spray each roll with a little oil to enhance their crispiness during cooking.
  5. Place the rolled rice paper bundles seam-side down in the air fryer basket without overcrowding.
  6. Air fry the rolls for 8–10 minutes, flipping them halfway through for even crispness.
  7. Once cooked, carefully remove the rolls from the air fryer and let them cool slightly before serving.
