  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped can use chives for similar taste
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar can substitute with apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey replace with maple syrup for vegan option
For the Wonton Tacos
  • 12 pieces wonton wrappers alternatives are lettuce wraps or tortilla chips
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce optional for drizzling
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro for garnish
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds for garnish

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Lightly spray wonton wrappers with cooking oil and shape them into a muffin tin or baking dish.
  3. Bake for 7-8 minutes until golden, reshape if needed, and bake for another 7-8 minutes until crispy.
  4. In a skillet, sauté chicken with hoisin sauce, sesame oil, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger for 7-8 minutes until fully cooked.
  5. In a bowl, combine coleslaw mix, green onions, sesame oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce, and honey; toss together.
  6. Fill each baked wonton shell with chicken mixture, top with slaw, drizzle sweet chili sauce, and garnish with cilantro and sesame seeds.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!
