  • 2 cups Oaxaca Cheese (or Monterey Jack) Any melting cheese can be used
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil Can substitute with any cooking oil

Step-by-Step Instructions for Crispy Baked Beef Tacos
  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C).
  2. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in taco seasoning and red enchilada sauce, simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Warm tortillas in a damp paper towel in the microwave for 30-60 seconds.
  5. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  6. Brush tortillas with olive oil, layer cheese and beef mixture, fold over.
  7. Bake arranged tacos in the oven for about 16 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  8. Cool for 3 minutes before serving with salsa or guacamole.
