In a shallow bowl, combine flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
In another bowl, beat the eggs.
In a third bowl, place the breadcrumbs.
Coat each chicken strip first in the flour mixture, shaking off the excess, then dip it in the beaten eggs, and finally coat it with breadcrumbs.
Place the coated chicken tenders on the prepared baking sheet.
Spray the tops of the chicken tenders lightly with cooking spray or drizzle with olive oil.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.
While the chicken is baking, prepare the honey mustard dip by whisking together mayonnaise, honey, Dijon mustard, and apple cider vinegar in a small bowl.
Once the chicken tenders are done, serve them hot with the honey mustard dip on the side.
