Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) for crispiness.
  2. Wash and dry the cauliflower, then cut it into evenly sized florets.
  3. In a bowl, toss cauliflower with olive oil. In another bowl, mix cornstarch, smoked paprika, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, cayenne, salt, and pepper, then sprinkle over cauliflower.
  4. Spread seasoned florets on a baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes; flip and roast for another 15-20 minutes until golden and crispy.
  5. In a blender, combine avocados, yogurt, cilantro, garlic, lime juice and salt; blend until smooth.
  6. Toss roasted cauliflower with lime zest and juice to enhance flavor.
  7. Serve warm with the avocado crema for dipping, garnished with cilantro or lime wedges.
