- Finely chop the cabbage, carrots, green onions, and onions. Sauté each vegetable separately in a large skillet over medium heat for 3-5 minutes until softened. Mix with ground pork and season with soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper.
- Lay won ton wrappers flat on a surface. Place about 1 tsp of filling in the center of each wrapper. Moisten edges with water, fold to form a triangle, and pinch edges tightly.
- In a frying pan, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat until shimmering, about 3-4 minutes. Test by dropping a wrapper piece in; it should sizzle.
- Fry dumplings for 3-4 minutes on one side until golden and crispy. Flip and fry for another 3-4 minutes.
- Transfer dumplings to a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil. Serve hot with a dipping sauce.
